1.About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between Unique Mindcrafted Tenxx Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 55, 3rd Floor, Saidulajaib, Near Saket Metro, New Delhi, Delhi 110030 ("we", "us"), and the organisation that signs up for GetMeSales ("Customer", "you"). GetMeSales is a product of My Analytics School.
They apply to our website at maslabs.info, the application at app.maslabs.info, your workspace at <your-workspace>.org.maslabs.info, and every related feature, API and support service (together, the "Service").
By creating a workspace, starting a trial, paying for a plan or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GetMeSales is a business tool. It is offered to companies, firms and professionals for their business, not to consumers for personal use.
2.Definitions
- Customer Data: any data, including personal data, that you or your Users put into the Service or that the Service collects for you, such as leads, call recordings, transcripts, messages, notes and files.
- Users: the people you allow to use your workspace, such as your employees, agents and contractors.
- Plan: the subscription plan, number of seats and billing period you choose, and any add-ons such as AI-call credit packs.
- Order: your choice of Plan in the app or a written order form signed by both parties. An order form prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
3.Accounts and workspaces
- Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
- You choose a workspace administrator, who manages Users, roles and settings. You are responsible for everything done through your workspace and for your Users' compliance with these Terms.
- Keep passwords and API keys confidential, and do not share log-ins between people. Tell us immediately at admin@myanalyticsschool.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may refuse a workspace address that is offensive, misleading or infringes someone else's rights, and may reclaim it if that happens.
4.The Service
GetMeSales helps sales teams capture leads from ads, files and partner APIs, call them (manually, with click-to-call, or with our AI caller Aarya), message them on WhatsApp and email, automate follow-ups with workflows, and track performance with analytics, Sheets, a helpdesk and the Arya Assist AI assistant. The features available to you depend on your Plan.
We keep improving the Service and may add, change or retire features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid Plan during a billing period you have already paid for. Features marked beta, preview or early access are provided as they are, may change, and may be withdrawn.
Some features depend on third parties, such as telephony carriers, WhatsApp, Meta and Google lead forms, email delivery and AI providers. Their availability, pricing and rules are outside our control, and your use of them may also be subject to their terms.
5.Free trial, plans and payment
Free trial
Eligible new workspaces can try the Service free for 15 days. To start the trial you set up an autopay mandate through Razorpay for the Plan you want after the trial. Razorpay verifies your card or UPI with a small authorisation of ₹5, which is reversed or refunded. Nothing else is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends (day 15) you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your first payment for the Plan you chose is taken when the trial ends.
Subscriptions
- Plans are billed in advance for each billing period (for example monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Recurring payments are collected through the Razorpay autopay mandate you authorise. You can cancel at any time, as set out in section 6.
- Adding seats or upgrading takes effect when you confirm it, and is charged as shown in the app at that time.
- Reducing seats or downgrading takes effect from the next billing period.
AI-call credit packs
AI voice calls by Aarya are paid for with prepaid credit packs, which are used up as calls are made. The price and what a pack covers are shown in the app when you buy it.
Prices, taxes and invoices
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. GST and any other applicable taxes are added to your invoice.
- We issue GST-compliant tax invoices. Add your GSTIN and billing details in the app so invoices show them correctly.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will tell you and retry. If it remains unpaid, we may limit or suspend the workspace after giving you notice. Your data is kept during suspension, and access returns once the amount due is paid.
6.Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in the app or by writing to admin@myanalyticsschool.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the workspace stays available until then. Payments are not refunded for partial periods. Refunds, including for the trial authorisation, unused credit packs and failed or duplicate charges, are covered in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
7.Your data and data protection
You own Customer Data. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you, and as the law requires.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are the Data Fiduciary for personal data in Customer Data and we act as your Data Processor. As your Data Processor we will:
- process Customer Data only on your documented instructions, which are these Terms, your configuration of the Service and your Users' actions;
- keep it confidential and require our staff and sub-processors to do the same;
- apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy;
- use only the categories of sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, under written terms that protect the data, and update that list before adding a new category;
- help you answer requests from Data Principals and meet your breach-notification duties, and tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach affecting Customer Data; and
- when your subscription ends, let you export Customer Data for 30 days and then delete it from our live systems. Encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as valid consent) for the personal data you collect and upload; giving your leads the notices the law requires; honouring their requests to access, correct or erase their data or to withdraw consent; and the accuracy of data you upload.
We may use aggregated, de-identified information about how the Service is used (which does not identify you, your Users or any individual) to run and improve the Service.
8.Calling, messaging and AI features
When you use the Service to contact people, you are the sender and caller, and you must comply with the law. In particular you must:
- follow the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 of TRAI, including the National Customer Preference Register ("Do Not Disturb"), registration of headers and templates, and permitted calling hours;
- tell people when a call is recorded, where the law requires, and get any consent needed for recording;
- follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies, including opt-in and approved message templates, and email anti-spam rules;
- make sure a person contacted by the Aarya AI caller is told they are speaking with an automated AI assistant where the law or fairness requires it; and
- stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop.
AI features (Aarya calls, summaries, insights and Arya Assist) produce output automatically, and it can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it, and do not use it as the only basis for decisions that significantly affect a person. Call minutes, message charges and AI usage may be limited by your Plan or credits.
9.Acceptable use
In line with rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you and your Users must not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:
- belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
- is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or promoting enmity between groups on grounds of religion or caste with intent to incite violence;
- is harmful to children;
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
- deceives or misleads the recipient about its origin, or knowingly and intentionally communicates misinformation or patently false information;
- impersonates another person;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, causes incitement to an offence, prevents the investigation of an offence, or insults another nation;
- contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or
- violates any law for the time being in force.
You must also not:
- send unsolicited bulk messages or calls, or contact people who have opted out;
- upload personal data you have no right to use, or buy or scrape contact lists in breach of law;
- probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or bypass its limits, without our written permission;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- overload the Service or use it to build a competing product; or
- resell or sublicense the Service unless we agree in writing.
We may remove or disable access to content that breaches this section, and suspend Users or workspaces involved, as described in section 15. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to termination.
10.Third-party services and integrations
You can connect the Service to third-party services, such as Meta and Google Ads lead forms, Google sign-in, WhatsApp, telephony providers, lead vendors and Razorpay. Those services are provided by their owners under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them, and when you connect one you authorise us to exchange Customer Data with it as needed for the integration to work.
11.Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, AI prompts and models we develop, documentation and trade marks. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for your Users to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you. This does not give us any right to your Customer Data.
12.Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential, use it only for this agreement, and protect it with at least reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to it, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law (in which case the disclosing party will be told where the law allows).
13.Availability, support and backups
We work to keep the Service available at all times, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. We try to carry out planned maintenance at quiet times and to tell you in advance of planned downtime that is likely to affect you. Unless an Order sets out a service level, we do not guarantee any particular uptime.
Support is available by email at admin@myanalyticsschool.com and through the helpdesk in the app.
We back up the Service database nightly and keep encrypted backups for 30 days, to recover from disasters. Backups are not an archive for you. Use the export features to keep your own copies of data you need.
14.Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, in line with these Terms. Each party confirms it has the authority to enter into these Terms.
Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that using it will produce any particular sales result. Lead data, call outcomes and analytics depend on the information you and third parties provide.
15.Suspension and termination
By you. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time, with effect from the end of the current billing period.
By us. We may suspend Users or a workspace, with notice where practical, if: fees are overdue after a reminder; there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms (including section 9); continued use creates a security risk or legal exposure for us or others; or a court or authority requires it. We will restore access once the cause is resolved. We may terminate these Terms by notice if a material breach is not fixed within 15 days of our notice, or immediately for unlawful use. We may also end the Service for convenience with 30 days' notice, in which case we refund the prepaid fees for the unused part of the billing period.
After termination. You can export your Customer Data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in section 7. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as fees owed, confidentiality, liability, indemnity and governing law) survive termination.
16.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings; and
- each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to your obligation to pay fees, to a party's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or breach of confidentiality, to your indemnity in section 17, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.
17.Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, fines and penalties arising from Customer Data, from your or your Users' calls and messages, or from your breach of section 8 or section 9, including claims by people you contacted and actions by TRAI, telecom operators, WhatsApp or any data protection authority. We will tell you promptly about such a claim and let you control its defence, and we will co-operate reasonably at your cost.
18.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, each party will try in good faith to resolve a dispute through senior representatives within 30 days of written notice. Subject to that, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
19.Grievance Officer and contact
Complaints about the Service, about content on it, or about a breach of these Terms can be sent to our Grievance Officer, appointed under the IT Act, 2000 and the rules made under it:

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt. Where the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 set a shorter period for a particular kind of complaint, we act within that period. Other ways to reach us are on our Contact page.
20.Changes to these terms and general provisions
Changes. We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app before it applies to your current subscription; if you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, any Order and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- Assignment. Neither party may transfer these Terms without the other's consent, except to a successor in a merger or sale of its business, with notice.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network or power failures, or government action. This does not excuse payment of fees already due.
- Severability and waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address of your workspace owner or billing contact. Send notices to us at admin@myanalyticsschool.com and, for legal notices, also by post to our registered office.
- Independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
